The Senior ABM and Marketing Automation Manager drives Civica’s global account-based marketing strategy, leveraging Demandbase to identify, prioritise, and engage target accounts across Local Government, Health and Social Care, Education, Central Government, and Emergency Services in the UK, US, and APAC markets. You’ll lead programmatic and display advertising to support ABM target accounts, collaborating closely with the Paid Media and Social Manager for seamless execution. As Civica’s mar tech stack continues to evolve, you’ll also provide marketing automation expertise and deliver lightweight reporting, ensuring campaigns are both data-driven and commercially impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
ABM ownership: Own end to end account based marketing execution using Demandbase, covering account selection, intent data activation, and engagement tracking across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tiers.
