Roles & Responsibilities:
Water Project Management:
Lead and manage water-related projects for current greenfield sites, from feasibility studies to design, implementation, and monitoring.
Conduct source vulnerability analysis on water and prepare comprehensive reports to assess risks and suggest mitigation measures.
Ensure sustainable water use practices and water balance for new projects.
Design & Engineering:
Oversee the design and development of water treatment plants (WTP) and effluent treatment plants (ETP) that comply with industry standards and environmental regulations.
Ensure the implementation of advanced water management technologies, including Mechanical Evaporation (MEE) and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize the design for water recovery and reuse.
Water Parameter Management:
Define, monitor, and analyze water quality parameters required for brewery operations,



ensuring water meets the necessary quality standards for brewing processes.
Analyze and specify treated water parameters expected from the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), ensuring the treated water meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure water used in brewery operations is consistent with operational requirements, focusing on water quality, hardness, pH levels, and other necessary parameters.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient water use, reuse, and treatment systems for sustainable brewery operations.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (including Engineering, Procurement, and Operations) to ensure project alignment and seamless execution.
Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams in areas related to water sustainability and project integration.
Procurement & Supplier Management:
Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for water and effluent treatment
