Role Description
Sr. Executive / Supervisor is responsible for;
Create the optimal rental experience by maximizing on service opportunities for every customer
Dealing with customer enquiries about the availability and cost of vehicles. Advise on and sell optional extras to the customer according to his/her needs
Advise as an expert on all vehicles in the ITH fleet, all protection items, and all extras
Make expert recommendations and present every product to every customer every time
Ensure all the bookings from clients / branch offices are properly recorded and actioned smoothly.
Ensure the time management of handing over the car to client without any delay
Send SMS to all the clients regarding booking details.
Allotment of cars as per client requirements
Ensure duty slip are generated through software are available
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence




Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.

Competencies:
Preferably from the Car rental industry
Positive communication skills & pleasing personality Possesses exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills required
Customer service orientation
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours, including weekends
Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain good customer service
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Hotel Management / Aviation Management
Experience:
Must have 4 – 7 years of experience in a reputed car rental company in the field of operating and leasing cars.
