Required Skills & Qualifications
Backend (Java)
Overall 5-8 years experience in IT
• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 17/21) and Spring Boot (3.x).
• Experience designing scalable APIs and services; strong understanding of API versioning, resilience patterns, and error handling.
• Hands-on experience with data stores such as MongoDB and DynamoDB; ability to model data for operational and analytical use cases.
• Strong understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth2) and secure coding practices.

Frontend (Angular)
• Strong Angular experience (Angular 18+), TypeScript, RxJS, and building production-grade UI.
• Robust fundamentals in HTML5/CSS3/SCSS and UI engineering best practices.
• Experience integrating UI with secure REST APIs; ability to build reusable components and enforce UI standards.




• Good to have: Angular 21 exposure/experience.

AI / RAG
• Experience building AI-assisted applications using LLMs, embeddings, and RAG patterns.
• Practical experience with vector similarity search, retrieval strategies, and relevance tuning.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation approaches, and safety/guardrails.

Cloud & DevOps
• Mid-level hands-on experience with AWS services and operating production workloads.
• Exposure to containerization/orchestration (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD concepts.
• Observability experience (logs, metrics, tracing) and production troubleshooting.
