Job Description: Practice Lead

Position Overview:
We're seeking a Practice Lead who is passionate about driving excellence within a key practice. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, consultative skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. The Practice Lead will develop and manage frameworks, operating models, and technical solutions, while also contributing to business growth through thought leadership and direct client engagement. This senior leadership role supports both Delivery and Solutions functions, making it ideal for someone who excels in energetic environments and enjoys working with cross-functional teams and C-suite stakeholders.

- Practice Growth: Define the strategic vision, roadmap, and measurable goals for the practice, including talent development and resource planning.
- Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as the SME and trusted advisor both internally and externally, representing the practice at industry events and through published content.
- Operating Models: Design and continuously improve operational processes to ensure delivery excellence and scalability.
- Market Trends: Stay ahead of emerging trends and innovations to keep the practice cutting-edge.

- Technical Solutioning: Collaborate with pre-sales and solutions teams to define technical architecture and domain-driven approaches for RFPs/RFIs/proposals.
