Job Title : Regional Sales Manager

Department : Sales & BD

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the business plan for the region in close coordination with central team




Deliver regional revenue targets
Lead local ATL and BTL campaigns to promote the Onsitego brand, increase awareness and acquire recent customers
Improve customer retention and drive initiatives to upsell/cross-sell on existing customer base
Manage a team of service coordinators, category managers to ensure delivery of service metrics such as NPS, TAT, cost of operations
Monitor team performance: Develop and implement KPIs
Identify process gaps and execute remedial measures to optimize business performance

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong business acumen and understanding of regional market
Prior experience in leading service/sales operations at large home appliances and digital devices organizations
Strong understanding of operational metrics
Ability to build and lead a team
Ability to analyze data to come up with actionable insights
Proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational skills
