Role Summary
Provide L3 support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, performance optimization, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex production incidents and perform RCA.
Support AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and DAM environments.
Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
Manage deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
Troubleshoot AEM, Dispatcher, replication, indexing, and integration issues.
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
