15+ yrs. of overall experience in a client-facing role, 5-8 years of working experience in the technology, IT Operations, or marketing automation sector.
Demonstrate robust functional and domain knowledge in Marketo consulting projects.
Experienced knowledge of Marketo integrations and implementation with other Adobe solutions and other third-party solutions (Salesforce, MS Dynamics etc.)
Experience in integrating Marketo with third party platforms via launch point services like brighttalk, Gotowebinar, Lionbridge, Twilio etc.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages, web services, web development, relational databases, and REST APIs
Experience with hosting environments like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Experience integrating with REST APIs
Expert knowledge of API standards (REST and Graph QL)
Experience with RCE or advanced reporting to meet clients need.
Ability to demonstrate effective communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills. All while always maintaining a positive attitude towards customer success.




Solid grasp of marketing automation competitive solutions is strongly preferred.
Ability to comfortably debug and solve complicated Marketo issues and challenges .
Knowledge of enterprise systems, Marketing Automation, CRM, and ERP
Marketo certified (Adobe Certified Expert- Marketo Engage Business Practitioner) is a plus.
Experience with one or more of the following Javascript, ASP.NET, C# and Java
Competency with building and architecting large-scale server applications in a distributed environment.
Ability to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high-level decision-makers.
Clear written and verbal communication skills communicating deliverables, sharing information, and leading meetings.
Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies.
