Job Descriptions:
Manage the end-to-end integration of Vertex (O Series or Cloud) with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
This includes configuring the Vertex Cloud Connector and ensuring stable communication between the systems
Deep knowledge of FI (GL/AR/AP), SD (Pricing/Billing), and MM (Purchasing/LIV).
Proficiency in Vertex O Series, Vertex Central, and the Vertex Accelerator for SAP.
Familiarity with IDocs, RFC, BAPI, and API integration (REST/SOAP).
Understanding of Sales & Use Tax, VAT/GST, and Withholding Tax (TDS).
Experience with S/4HANA Finance and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) is increasingly standard.
Develop functional specifications for WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces,Map SAP master data (Customer, Vendor, Material) to Vertex tax categories to ensure the correct tax rules are applied to every transaction.
Extensions) and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom tax exits or BADIs.
Perform root-cause analysis for tax calculation errors, IDoc failures, or connectivity issues.
Vertex Certified Skilled or SAP FI Certification is highly preferred.
