Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This full time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs, support organizational culture,



and align HR practices with business goals. The role includes designing and executing HR processes, maintaining employee records, managing payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will facilitate training and development initiatives, lead engagement activities, handle grievance resolution, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and creative to support Mortantra’s growth and evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications
