Role Overview
We are looking for Senior ServiceNow Developers with deep hands-on experience implementing agentic AI workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate can independently assess complex business problems and provide concrete, implementable AI-driven solutions using ServiceNow's Now Assist and agentic AI capabilities. This is a lead-level role requiring strong technical depth, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to design and deliver end-to-end agentic workflows independently.
Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Work with AI Control Tower to manage, monitor, and govern AI capabilities across the platform. Develop and configure MCP servers including out-of-the-box and custom skill development.
Build and enhance Virtual Agents and conversational AI capabilities for intelligent automation. Implement Predictive Intelligence, real-time insights, and process mining solutions. Design ticket-triggered workflows with intent recognition and categorization logic. Integrate ServiceNow with external platforms including GitLab API and Okta for group creation automation. Implement Google DL group detection within agentic workflow pipelines. Independently assess business problems and provide concrete AI implementation approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and platform guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of total ServiceNow development experience with a strong focus on AI and agentic workflow implementation. Mandatory hands-on experience with Now Assist. Proven experience with
