NewSpace Research & Technologies (NRT), founded in 2017, is a global leader in swarming technologies, autonomous robotics, and advanced aerospace systems for defense applications. With a workforce of over 600 professionals across 12 facilities worldwide—nearly 70% focused on research and development—NRT has designed and fielded more than 15 proprietary multirotor and fixed-wing platforms. Roles & Responsibilities:
Design UAV airframes using analytical formulations and engineering principles.
Analyze, validate, and update structural designs using commercial CAE tools.
Develop and implement plans to meet airframe design objectives.
Collaborate with systems engineers, project managers, and external vendors to execute airframe development activities.
Prepare technical documentation for internal records and design reviews.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill airframe-subsystem requirements.
Develop, standardize, and improve processes for all airframe design activities.
Conduct root cause analysis for structural failures and propose corrective measures.

Must-Have Skills:
Structural Mechanics: Strength of materials, aircraft structures, composites, vibrations, structural dynamics, aeroelasticity, rigid body dynamics, fatigue, and damage tolerance.
