The ideal candidate will bring a strong artistic vision, exceptional storytelling abilities, and expertise in modern animation techniques. In addition to producing high-quality animation, you will mentor creative teams, establish best practices, and leverage AI-powered creative tools to streamline workflows, improve production efficiency, and explore recent possibilities in visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end animation process from concept development to final delivery across multiple creative projects.
Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations,



and visual storytelling assets using industry-standard tools.
Develop compelling animation concepts that effectively communicate ideas and enhance brand narratives.
Collaborate closely with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visual experiences.
Review animation outputs to ensure consistency, quality, creativity, and adherence to project objectives.
Mentor and guide animation team members by providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and technical support.
Drive innovation by exploring emerging animation trends, creative techniques, and AI-powered tools to enhance production workflows.
Optimize animation processes to improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
