About the role
Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives,
from tech to customer support.
We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence in India. You'll use your analytical expertise to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.

What you'll be doing
Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks
Designing, implementing, and testing controls
Developing and testing key procedures
Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
Registering risk events, and managing risk incident reports
What you'll need
A 2:1 degree from a top university
5+ years of experience in operationalising risk and controls within retail payments or consumer banking
Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls
Familiarity with implementation and testing
