About The Role
We are seeking a talented and innovative Engineer - Structures to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing structural solutions for a wide range of projects.
Develop and review structural designs for various construction projects
Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software tools
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Create detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide expert recommendations
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the structural engineering team
Participate in project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovative structural solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies
What do we need from you
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred
8-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project engineering
