About The Role

Prepare architectural concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
Develop presentation drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and other multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements.
Assist in preparing design reports, specifications, and BOQs.
Review shop drawings and respond to site-related technical queries.
Participate in client meetings and design review discussions.
Support project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with site teams during the construction phase, as required.

What do we need from you

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)



from a recognized university.
2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
Experience in commercial projects (such as office buildings, hotels, hospitals, mixed-use developments, etc.) is mandatory. Airport project experience will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
Knowledge of BIM workflows is preferred.
Valuable understanding of building bye-laws, NBC, and construction detailing.
Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
