Credit Management (FSCM-CR)
• Collections Management (FSCM-COL)
• Dispute Management (FSCM-DIS)
Experience in SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementations or migration
projects
Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Experience with Business Partner (BP) configuration in S/4HANA
Knowledge of integration with FI and SD modules
Experience in testing cycles, issue resolution, and support
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Analyze business requirements and design SAP FSCM
solutions
• Configure and implement:
o Credit Management (scoring, risk classes, exposure
control)
o Collections Management (worklists, strategies)
o Dispute Management processes
• Integrate FSCM with FI (AR) and SD modules
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash process optimization
• Configure and maintain Business Partner master data
• Participate in S/4HANA implementation / migration activities
• Prepare functional specifications (FS), BRD, and documentation
• Support testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT)
• Handle data migration and reconciliation tasks
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Resolve production issues and provide ongoing support
• Ensure compliance with financial risk and credit policies
• Work closely with business stakeholders for requirement
validation
