Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with distributors to expand market presence.
Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations, seminars, and demonstrations.
Apply strong commercial and business development skills.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
Requirements
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
4–5 years of experience in Sales,
preferably in Welding & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions.
Strong knowledge of Welding processes and NDT techniques
Skills & Competencies
Fluent in English and local regional language of the assigned territory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel (approximately every 15 days).
