Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Volume Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for support roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while delivering a robust candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for support and operational roles
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability




Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle
Perform reference checks and assist with background verification processes
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and key hiring metrics
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages

Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, especially for support hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals
Good organizational and coordination abilities
