The Continuous Improvement Manager drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.

Maintain transformation portfolio.
Track advantages realization.
Run operational benchmarking and productivity reviews.
Embed continuous improvement of culture.

Qualifications & Experience: –

Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership.

Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

MBA in Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
