2. Job Summary
Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle DBA to provide expert-level database administration, engineering,



and support services for enterprise customers. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and recoverability of Oracle database environments while supporting complex migrations, upgrades, and high-availability architectures.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Database technologies, including RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and Exadata, combined with solid troubleshooting, automation, and customer-facing skills.

3. Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced Oracle database administration, engineering, and technical support for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex database issues related to performance, availability, backup/recovery, and infrastructure integration.
Design, implement, and manage high-availability solutions using Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and Data Guard Broker.
Develop and execute backup,
