Position: Senior Leader of Process Re-Engineering & Automation

Location: Dubai or India

Role Purpose: –

The Senior Leader of Process Re-Engineering & Automation drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.

Key Responsibilities: –

Lead the bank-wide Operations Transformation agenda.
Own process excellence, automation, Lean and continuous improvement capabilities.
Establish governance and prioritization of transformation initiatives.
Deliver measurable productivity, customer experience and control improvements.

Key Performance Indicators: –

Cost savings delivered
FTE capacity released
STP improvement
Cycle time reduction
Benefits realization





Qualifications & Experience: –

Relevant banking operations experience, robust stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Core Competencies: –

Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership.
