br]:block md:line-clamp-none"> We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads while also possessing a solid understanding of tracking, analytics, reporting, attribution, and marketing technology platforms. This role requires someone who can independently manage client accounts, identify growth opportunities, analyze performance data, troubleshoot tracking issues, and communicate strategic recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max & YouTube).
Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, eCommerce, and brand awareness.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Optimize bids, audiences, ad creatives,



landing pages, and budgets to maximize campaign performance.
Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure accurate attribution.
Build performance dashboards and prepare client-facing reports with actionable insights.
Analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
Conduct competitor research using tools like SpyFu, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.
Present campaign performance, optimization strategies, and recommendations to clients.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while collaborating with developers, designers, content teams, and account managers.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in PPC and Paid Social Advertising.
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Google Keyword
