This role is crucial for managing our day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, performing reconciliations, and generating essential MIS reports. The ideal candidate will possess a solid practical understanding of accounting principles and taxation, coupled with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for handling and analyzing significant volumes of company data efficiently, contributing directly to the financial health and operational efficiency of the company. We are looking for a hands-on, dependable individual who is comfortable managing both accounting and data-related tasks, and who can work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting operations using Tally/ERP systems.
Prepare and review bank, vendor,



and customer reconciliations.
Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements accurately.
Record journal entries with proper supporting documentation.
Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
Handle and analyze large volumes of accounting and operational data in Microsoft Excel.
Prepare and maintain schedules for audits and statutory compliance.
Support GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and payroll-related compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants.
Maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy.
Perform other accounts, finance, and data-related tasks as assigned.
