Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media buying, or campaign management, preferably within an agency or ad tech environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, publishers, and platform partners. Solid presentation and stakeholder management skills are highly desirable.

Hands-on experience with DV360 and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimisation, troubleshooting, audience targeting, budget pacing, performance analysis, and reporting. Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, viewability, VTR, and ROAS, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.

Experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising campaigns across Display, Video, Native, CTV, and Mobile channels.

Proficiency in campaign tracking, tagging, and third-party measurement tools (e.g., CM360, IAS, DoubleVerify, or similar) is an added advantage.





Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards to evaluate campaign performance.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and ensuring delivery against client KPIs.

Detail-orientated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and oversee end-to-end programmatic, social media & Google ads campaign operations across various platforms.
Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance to ensure client KPIs are achieved.
Implement optimisation strategies to improve CPMs, fill rates, win rates, CTR, viewability, profit margins and overall campaign efficiency.
Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, creative, targeting, and delivery issues in a timely manner.
Analyse campaign and inventory performance data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements.
