Role Summary

You'll run outbound to book qualified meetings with senior marketing and growth leaders at B2B SaaS companies. This is signal-based, not spray-and-pray. You'll research accounts, build a point of view worth their time, and open conversations that hand off warm to the sales team.

What You Will Do

Build and prioritize target account and contact lists
Run multichannel outbound — email, LinkedIn, calls
Research each account and personalize outreach around a real, specific reason to talk




Use our AEO / AI-visibility reports as an outbound hook (we'll train you on this)
Book and confirm qualified meetings; keep no-show rates low
Keep pipeline and activity clean and current in the CRM
Feed reply and conversion data back into messaging and targeting each week

You can sell to C-level. You're speaking to CMOs, VPs of Growth, and founders. That means leading with their problem, not our services, and earning the meeting by being sharp and worth their time — not by volume.
You're creative. Templates don't cut through to senior buyers. The people who win here find non-obvious angles, write outreach that reads like a person wrote it, and test current approaches instead of repeating what's stopped working.
You're persistent and organized. Consistent follow-up, clean tracking, and a steady daily cadence separate the SDRs who hit target from the ones who don't.
