Role: Co-Founder – Business Development and Revenue
Medicircle is looking for an execution-oriented Co-Founder who will take complete ownership of business development, sales, partnerships, and revenue generation.
This is not a role for someone who only wants to contribute ideas, redefine the company’s vision, or participate in high-level strategy discussions.




We are specifically looking for a strong business executor who can understand the existing vision, convert it into a practical sales plan, enter the market, build relationships, close deals, and generate actual revenue.
This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Mira Bhayandar, Mumbai, with a combination of on-site collaboration, client meetings, market visits, and limited work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
The Co-Founder will be responsible for:
Creating and executing Medicircle’s business development and sales plan.
Identifying revenue opportunities across healthcare, health-tech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, diagnostics, wellness, and related sectors.
Building a strong pipeline of prospective clients, sponsors, advertisers, partners, and collaborators.
Conducting client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Converting leads into paid partnerships, campaigns, sponsorships, media engagements, and long-term busi
