Associate Legal Counsel

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Associate Legal Counsel to join our Legal team based in Gurgaon.
This is a hands-on commercial role with a strong focus on vendor contracting and confidentiality agreements.



You'll work closely with Procurement, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of vendor agreements and NDAs, helping the business move quickly while managing legal risk in a pragmatic, business-friendly way.
This is a great opportunity for a lawyer early in their in-house career who wants hands-on exposure to commercial contracting in a fast-growing, global technology company.

What You'll Do
Vendor Contracting & NDAs
Draft, review and negotiate vendor and procurement agreements, with a robust focus on turnaround speed and commercial pragmatism
Draft, review and negotiate NDAs (mutual, unilateral, and vendor-specific) as a core, high-volume part of the role
Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk arising from vendor and confidentiality arrangements
Partner with Procurement, IT, and Security teams to enable efficient vendor onboarding and deal execution
