Principal Accountabilities:
Apply classical data science, machine learning techniques as well as generative and agentic AI methods to solve business problems and support Brit’s operational simplification strategy




Plan and implement structured proof-of-concept solutions for generative AI and agentic systems, including prompt optimization at scale, fine-tuning strategy, and model selection decisions grounded in evidence
Translate complex AI outputs into clear, accessible insights for operational and business stakeholders, bridging scientific rigor with practical usability
Design and implement evaluation frameworks for AI systems, constructing benchmarks and defining quality metrics appropriate to the use case
Build and maintain groundedness, hallucination, safety, and other quality measures for generative AI outputs, defining what valuable looks like for specific operational scenarios
Analyze foundation model behaviour in development and production settings, identifying failure modes, bias patterns, and performance boundaries
Improve confidence in AI solutions by establishing robust evaluation methods and clear quality thresholds for operational use cases
