About HelioWatt
HelioWatt is building an integrated EV ecosystem in India — a franchise-led public charging network and an all-electric ride-hailing fleet on our own consumer app, powered by driver-partners whose vehicles we help finance. We are at day zero, and this role is a founding seat.

The Role
You will own the supply side of HelioWatt's mobility business end-to-end: driver acquisition, verification, EV financing, onboarding and training, earnings and retention, and daily fleet operations (charging discipline, hubs, maintenance). Think of the driver experience and service quality of BluSmart/Green SM, combined with a driver-financing model — and you are the single owner of all of it until scale justifies a team.

What You'll Own

1. Driver Acquisition & GTM
Build the driver funnel from scratch: referral programs, driver melas, community and union partnerships, conversion of drivers from existing ride-hailing platforms
Own CAC per activated driver and stage-wise funnel conversion

2. Verification & Underwriting
KYC, DL and commercial badge verification,



police/background checks, and driving assessments
Credit and intent evaluation for the financing program; fraud controls and documentation hygiene

3. EV Financing Program
Structure the driver financing offer: down payment, tenure, EMI vs. earnings-linked deductions, insurance bundling, buyback/residual value
Build and manage NBFC/bank lending partnerships (including FLDG/co-lending constructs where applicable); own collections, delinquency management, and the repossession process
Work with OEM partners on fleet pricing, warranty, and buyback terms

4. Onboarding & Training
Design the onboarding academy: app usage, EV driving and charging discipline, safety protocols, grooming and customer-experience standards
Own the TAT from application to first revenue-earning ride

5. Driver Lifecycle & Retention
Design earnings structures: incentives, minimum-earnings assurance, streak bonuses
Run driver support and grieva
