Candidate Will Be The Privileged Contact For The CTO, Division Managers On Each Domain And Will Be Responsible Of All Standard Project Management Tasks Such As:
Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate technical resources during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Lead capacity planning activities ensuring delivery which optimise efficiency and costs
Planning and budget follow-up.
Risks, attention points and issues follow-up.
Coordinate all teams (Providers and development teams) working on the projects
Ensure and anticipate the Change Management related to projects.
Contributing Responsibilities
Ensure all production deliverables that are aligned with bank standards and best practices
Ensure the good relationship with stakeholders and providers.
Set department objectives/KPIs and find ways to enhance the performance of the capacity planning department and add value
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Solid technical background, with good understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Experience working in a high-level cooperative environment and promoting teamwork
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making

Total 10+ years of Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
