Position Overview
As a Conflicts Analyst on the Legal Team,
you'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis to identify and mitigate potential conflicts of interest. You will play a critical role in L.E.K.'s global risk management and current business intake function, helping the firm evaluate engagement risks and make informed business decisions across its global offices.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including Partners, consulting staff, and the legal team, to ensure compliance with firm policies and ethical standards. Your role is vital in the engagement acceptance process, ensuring the firm can ethically and legally engage with new clients and matters while balancing commercial objectives and risk management requirements.
