Responsibilities:
SAP PP Responsibilities:
Lead SAP PP module management including configuration, enhancement, and process improvement to support production planning, demand management, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and develop SAP solutions aligned with manufacturing objectives.
Drive continuous improvement of SAP PP processes – material requirements planning (MRP), production orders, bill of materials (BOM), routings, and scheduling.
Coordinate SAP PP system upgrades, patching, and troubleshoot production-related issues.
SAP QM Responsibilities:
Own the SAP QM module strategy supporting quality planning, inspection, quality control, and audit functions within manufacturing and supply chain.
Lead SAP QM configuration and enhancements to align with quality standards and regulatory requirements.




Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to automate quality processes and data capture within SAP.
Support integration of SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, and PM to ensure seamless quality process flows.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Lead and mentor a team of SAP functional consultants and analysts specializing in PP and QM modules.
Liaise with business leaders, SAP BASIS, ABAP teams, and external vendors to deliver SAP solutions effectively.
Develop and execute roadmap and strategy for SAP PP/QM modules to support evolving business needs.
Conduct training workshops and user enablement to maximize SAP utilization in PP and QM areas.
Project & Change Management:
Manage SAP PP/QM related projects including current implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
Ensure adherence to SAP governance, change management, and system security protocols.
