Healthy and balanced vendor database will ensure better negotiating power and de-risking of supplies.
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical /Production/Industrial Eng.). MBA in supply chain /Operations – preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities
Recent vendor identification & development
Negotiations & finalization of Rate contracts with suppliers on basis of Price, Volumes, Complexity of biz
Vendor Performance Management & improvement of vendor ratings.
Spent analysis & improvement in it
Cost Management & cost savings across all sourcing
Work in tandem with CFT, Product Managers, Function Heads related to sourcing
Conflict & issues resolution related to Vendor, supplies & ensure smooth flow of supplies. Overcome bottlenecks.
