Job Summary

The Social Media Recruitment Specialist is responsible for supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives through social media management, content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and candidate engagement. This role works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to promote employment opportunities, strengthen the employer brand, and measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and monitor company social media channels.
Respond to candidate inquiries and engagement on social media platforms.
Create and publish recruitment marketing content across multiple channels.
Design recruitment flyers, promotional graphics, and hiring event materials.
Assist with graphic design, photo editing, and video editing projects.
Track and analyze social media campaign performance and recruitment marketing metrics.
Pull hiring and recruitment data from the ATS and prepare reports and dashboards.
Support employer branding initiatives across social media, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other platforms.




Cross-post and maintain employer branding content across external job and review sites.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to support local hiring campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all recruitment marketing communications.
Support the Senior Social Media Specialist with campaign execution and ongoing recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Social Media, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Digital Marketing.
Experience using social media platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Experience with video editing software.
Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting recruitment and social media campaign metrics.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
