We are looking for a talented and hard working Business Analyst ,who can help us to understand the documentation part of every project of us.

Requirement Gathering - Understanding of client's requirements and business process..Co-ordination with design and development team.
Good writing and communication skills.
Analyze client's business requirements & processes through document analysis & workflow analysis.
Provide input into developing & modifying the system to meet client needs.
Responsible for creation of SRS, BRD, FRD.
Helping hand in the creation of Proposals.
Good knowledge of Gap Analysis.
Conducting meeting to keep track of the ongoing project'
Performing manual testing to ensure the software is flawless.




Identify & reconcile errors to ensure accurate business requirements.

Requirements

Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions before deployment.
Proficient in both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
Exposure in ERP/CRM domain.
Experience in communicating with Client and handling their queries and concerns.
Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and also work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills with experience as a coordinator between client and offshore team.
