Role & Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java
Develop microservices using Spring Boot and modern Java frameworks
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features
Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices
Troubleshoot issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions
Stay updated on evolving tools and technologies
Technical Requirements
4 to 8 years of hands-on Java backend development experience
Expertise in Spring Core, Spring MVC,
and Spring Boot
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Experience with ORM tools and relational databases
Familiarity with Git and agile workflows
Preferred Skills
Exposure to React.js for frontend integration
Working knowledge of cloud services and containerization tools
Understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines
