Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable automation frameworks and a solid foundation in functional testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern automation tools and programming languages and be capable of working independently while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks from scratch.
Analyze requirements and identify, design, and execute functional and automation test cases.
Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Playwright, Cucumber, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Conduct API testing and API automation using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Identify edge cases, defects, and risk areas through thorough test case design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing coverage and quality standards.
Manage test artifacts including test cases, test data, and results.




Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
Required Skills:
Solid experience in automation framework design and development.
Proficiency in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Playwright and Cucumber (BDD framework).
Solid understanding of functional testing principles and test case design techniques.
Experience in API testing and automation.
Strong knowledge of test case creation and execution, identifying edge case scenarios, and defect tracking and reporting.
Good understanding of version control systems (Git).
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
