IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Strong experience in Business Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or
FP&A; within a manufacturing environment.

* Hands-on experience in P&L; analysis, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and
profitability analysis.

* Ability to analyze cost drivers, identify improvement opportunities, and
provide business insights.

* Experience in product costing, plant costing, pricing support, and variance
analysis.

* Strong collaboration skills with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain,
Procurement, and Commercial teams.

* Ability to prepare financial reports, dashboards, and support data-driven
decision-making.
