Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide Agile POD teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. As the primary technical mentor, you’ll drive innovation, bridge architecture with implementation, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Lead Agile POD teams for seamless collaboration and execution.
Design scalable solutions with architects and translate them into actionable tasks.
Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.
Oversee the development lifecycle and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

6+ years of experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in Agile teams.




Expertise in Java, Angular, Python, and databases (MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL).
Proficiency in AWS and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Preferred

Experience in e-commerce or OOH advertising tech.
Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools.
