Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2-level technical support for applications built using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
Investigate and resolve complex issues reported by L1 support, including application crashes, performance bottlenecks, API failures, and UI rendering errors.
Analyze logs, stack traces, and monitoring dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Kibana) to identify root causes.
Collaborate with L3 engineers and developers to escalate and resolve深层次 issues; provide detailed documentation for repeatable fixes.
Participate in incident response and on-call rotations for critical production systems.
