Position Overview
The HRFS Consultant partners with clients to deliver strategic guidance, functional expertise, and implementation leadership across Human Resources Functional Services (HRFS) solutions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients,
providing consultative recommendations, leading functional workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
The HRFS Consultant is responsible for managing functional implementation and support activities with minimal supervision, driving best practices, mentoring junior team members, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role collaborates closely with clients, project teams, service delivery leaders, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with client objectives and Strada methodologies.
