Manager/ Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition

Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead recruitment strategy, manage a team of recruiters, partner with business leaders, and ensure timely delivery of quality talent across business, technology, corporate, sales, and leadership functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across multiple business verticals.
Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Drive recruiter productivity, hiring KPIs, and recruitment SLAs.
Develop creative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, market mapping, and executive search.
Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Drive talent intelligence, competitor mapping, and workforce analytics.
Review recruitment dashboards and improve hiring metrics.
Ensure excellent stakeholder and candidate experience.
Manage recruitment agencies and vendor partnerships.
Lead employer branding, diversity hiring, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure recruitment governance and compliance.
Present hiring insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
4–12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience leading recruitment teams.
Strong expertise in stakeholder management, workforce planning, leadership hiring, and talent intelligence.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, executive search, and market mapping.
Excellent communication, analytical, coaching, and leadership skills.
Success Metrics
Achievement of hiring targets and SLAs.
