You will be the go-to consultant for SAM projects, you will be managing advisory and implementation Services engagements for our clients.

Presales (30%):
Consultants will be responsible for delivering (and planning) pre-sales presentations; based on an understanding of ITAM service design, service delivery, advisory and license consulting services for software and IT asset management to our range of customers
Assist in sales activities including customer demos, RFPs and other related initiatives
Demonstrations of the product, both standard and customized based on need, to prospective and existing customers
Staying current on ServiceNow product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV.
Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including business drivers and use cases etc
Delivery (70%):
Leading or supporting Advisory, Project and/or BAU activities
Consulting services to support in ServiceNow SAM implementation, documentation, configuration and other related services delivery activities
Provide guidance on best practices, solution architecture and roadmap
