Requirements

Skills & Qualification that we are looking for:

Hand-on on any of the platform ( ServiceNow/BMC/ Micro-Focus/ CA/ Any other workflow tool ) - The more the merrier
Stronghold on Design Structure and Data Modelling
Stronghold on HAM & SAM process
Understanding of CMDB
Upkeep of the ServiceNow SAM platform
Understanding of License Workbench and SAM Workspace
Contract Analysis and Integration with major vendors like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP,



Adobe - The more the merrier
Understanding of Authentication protocols like; OAuth, SSO, and Digest Token
Extensive knowledge of Integrations using APIs, JDBC, ODBC, and other innovative ways
A GO-TO person for team members to solve their problems

Positive To Have Skills

Can build and train team
Who loves to read and scale him/herself on trending technical areas
Ready to take challenges to learn new technology
