Position Purpose:
The Specialist, Marketing will support the execution of regional marketing strategies across India and APAC by creating compelling content, driving digital engagement, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. This role requires a hands-on marketer with solid content capabilities, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful marketing programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Partner with local leadership and India/COE Marketing teams to identify region-specific portfolio marketing priorities.




Gather customer insights and market intelligence to support development of the annual India & APAC marketing plan.
Ensure alignment of all activities with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

2. Content Creation & Execution
Develop compelling and engaging content for multiple platforms including email, social media, website, and newsletters.
Draft, edit, and publish content while maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice.
Manage and execute content calendars (monthly, quarterly, annual).

3. Campaign & Marketing Operations
Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns including emailers, landing pages, and social posts.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital) and external vendors/agencies.
Support segmentation, targeting, and deployment of marketing communications.
