Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in core/direct sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an aggressive, focused, and do-or-die attitude to drive sales of our EV infrastructure franchise model and hunt rental properties across the city

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new franchise partners for EV infrastructure project
Source and secure rental properties through proactive hunting and network
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients




Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Travel extensively across the city for client meetings and site visits
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in core/direct sale
Tenure: Demonstrated continuous tenure of 3-5 years in the same organization
Attributes:Smart, aggressive, and focused
Strong hunting and closing skills
High energy and resilience
Willingness to travel extensively
Product & Market
Product: EV infrastructure franchise model sales & rental property hunting
Market: Urban city landscape with a focus on expanding EV infrastructure and rental property portfolio
Qualifications & Skills
Proven track record in direct sales with a focus on B2B or real estate
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a robust drive to succeed
Ability to work independently and in a team
