EXPERIENCE
• Must have prior experience running Facebook Ads at a senior or lead level
• Must have hands-on experience managing Facebook Ad accounts for e-commerce or DTC brands
• Must have experience managing and scaling significant monthly ad budgets
• Must have a strong understanding of data and analytics
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Experience setting up and managing Facebook Pixel and Conversions API
• Solid understanding of campaign structures, audience research, targeting, and retargeting
• Knowledgeable about creative testing, offer testing, and landing page optimization
• Understand Facebook advertising policies,



account restrictions, and Meta Commerce policies
• Must be comfortable communicating directly with clients

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Set up, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns and budgets using Facebook Ads.
• Develop and execute the overall paid social strategy based on each client’s goals.
• Conduct market and audience research to improve campaign targeting and positioning.
• Perform regular tracking and analysis of campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, designers, and project managers to improve performance for our clients.
• Review new content submissions, including ad creatives, landing page copy, video edits, and offers, and provide feed
