Job Description:
Implement,
Own and Lead end to end costing process and Preparation & implementation of SOPs that enables regularisation of costing activities
Prepare and maintain standard cost sheets for all products/services.
Analyze material, labour, overhead variances and report deviations.
Support recent product costing and feasibility analysis.
Analysis of cost data and preparation of ad-hoc reports as per business needs.
Perform product level, process level, Invoice level and customer level analysis to understand cost drivers and performance.
Identify cost leakage areas and recommend cost-improvement initiatives.
Drive improvements in ERP cost modules and reporting capabilities.
Support cross‑functional teams in reducing operational inefficiencies.
Prepare monthly cost MIS, cost audits support, and management dashboards.
Monitor inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG) and ensure accuracy in ERP.
