Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy & Execution:
Work closely with leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to build and launch impactful product features
Translate business requirements and user needs into transparent product specifications, PRDs, and workflows
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization

• User Research & Problem Solving:
Conduct user research, surveys, and feedback analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities
Use structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches to improve user experience and business outcomes
Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and product usage patterns to drive product decisions
Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and business value

• Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Define and track key product metrics, KPIs, and success benchmarks
Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and user engagement




Use SQL and analytics tools to extract insights and support product decision-making
Work with cross-functional teams to improve retention, conversion, and operational efficiency

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
Communicate product updates, timelines, and priorities across stakeholders
Support cross-functional alignment between product, operations, marketing, and customer experience teams
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies

Requirements:
• Experience:
3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or related roles
Exposure to consumer tech, healthcare, marketplace, or startup ecosystems is preferred
Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams on digital products
Familiarity with agile product development processes is a plus
